Organizations are complex organisms. Sometimes comprising of only a few individuals, sometimes thousands, the individuals in an organization make social interaction decisions and behaviours that can make or break the organization as a whole. Understanding how to deal with this can be a daunting task. We know from statistics that only about 20% of people in an organization are actively "engaged". The rest are either just showing up or actively working against the interests of the company. Understanding and working with the Organizational MindTM is a very specialised field which requires understanding of:
The Organizational MindTM Training Program is designed as a distance education program for managers, especially Change and HR Managers who MUST have specific skills and knowledge of why people do what they do, and how to modify behaviour for the benefit of the entire organization. The program is delivered on line via 8 modules that include: 1. The Mind of an Individual - Structure and Function 2. Things that influence the effectiveness of mind and physical performance in relation to the workplace 3. Interaction between minds within the Organizational MindTM and the stressors and conflicts that arise from that interaction. 4. The Intervention Model - understanding what needs to be done to change the organizations culture without disrupting the workplace in a negative way. 5. Overcoming resistance to change 6. Organizational MindTM Implementation strategies 7. Practical exercise 8. Report and evaluation You can take as long as you like to complete the course and you will be issued with a Certificate of Proficiency when you have successfully completed the evaluation at the end. Under normal circumstances you will be sent one module per week by email
