An
excellent and important question. The perception of stress related problems
is now not quite the problem it used to be, but it still needs to be handled
with sensitivity. Neither management or staff like to be viewed as
"stressed" even though the effects of stress are very counter-productive.
We use absolute discretion. If you or your management team need help, no-one
will know you are getting it except you or the staff member.
Such work is highly personal. We can provide one-on-one
counseling or mentoring, or we can introduce non-threatening group training
sessions to draw out the problems and get them resolved. As professional
consultants, we will not provide personal details of you or any staff member
to any other party unless specific written permission and a request are
made. Your secrets are totally safe. Meetings can be onsite or offsite

Yes we do. Our knowledge of how people perform and react
to situations is extremely good. Sometimes you just need an independent
external set of eyes to see potential HR problems before they create a
problem. Sometimes you just need someone to work you you personally to sort
your life out and create balance. We are happy to help.

to be aware of the change cycle and that there will be resistance in your
organisation that could damage the company. We can evaluate these potential
risks and show you how to prevent them. We can design an entire change
program and instigate it, or we can work with your management crew and staff
to ensure such risks are mitigated.

How do you charge
for your services?
Each project or requirement is different. Once we assess
your requirements and desired outcomes, we can provide a cost for the entire
project or consultancy, or work on an hourly rate, or a monthly retainer.
