Confidentiality Statement and Guarantee

We recognise the sensitive nature of any work we may do with you or your company. It is often difficult to approach such issues under any circumstances, and we understand such issues are often highly personal. We therefore undertake the following assurances:

1. We guarantee to maintain confidentiality on all dealings with you, whether we work with you personally or with your company.

2. All paper records are stored in secure environment. All electronic records are stored on encrypted discs with military grade encryption and are available only to authorised GMF staff who have signed strict confidentiality agreements.

3. Information will only be released to other parties if required under Court order, or if you specifically direct us to in writing as a fully informed consent. This also applies if you have been directed to attend counseling services by your company. No personal details will be provided to your company unless you specifically authorise the release of such information in writing.

4. No personal details will be released to any member of your family or your spouse unless specific written request to do so is provided.
