The way the mind works, and the interaction between mind and body is quite simple, but we have bought the story that it is complex and confusing. Worse still the traditional mental health models have conveyed that impression to clients, becoming a self fulfilling prophesy.
Mental health and physical health around the world is getting worse every year, not only in numbers of ill people but as a percentage of the whole population. This is despite governments throwing more money into the system. That tells us that something is seriously wrong with the existing mental and physical health models.
Why is this?
Counseling, coaching and psycho-therapeutic processes are designed to create change in peoples lives. Unfortunately the existing tools are very limited and tend to work well only about 30% of the time, partly well another 20% of the time, and have no effect the rest of the time.
Well basically it comes down to our understanding of the mind, how it processes information and what it takes to create permanent change.
Mental Health is a major drain on the bottom line of all business and the economies of all countries. The cost is growing at an alarming rate.
In recent surveys 50% of people now state they feel stressed most of the time. Disconnection or disenfranchisement is common at all ages. Relationship breakdowns are out of control with the average new relationship now limited to 2 1/2 years!
But the sad thing is the human cost with hundreds of millions of people suffering from anxiety and depressive disorders.
These disorders affect nearly 25% of the population AND their families and friends.
They have a massive ongoing cost in all areas of life, including relationships, both personal and business – and it’s getting worse – rapidly.
Until recently the exact mechanism our mind uses to create our lives, our anxieties, thoughts and behaviours has been buried in a mystery wrapped in an enigma. There have been plenty of theories, but few that produced significant practical results.
……..The growth in mental illness statistics pretty much points to that.
I’m sure you have experienced this:
What worked to change some did not work for others.
In fact what worked for some caused harm in others.
We thought we did but we didn’t really understand the relationship between conscious and unconscious mind.
We didn’t really understand the role of the body in the creations of the mind
And we didn’t really understand why we select particular relationships, good or bad, or how they
operate in the real world.
The Neuro-Com Clinical Program is a different model of mind that has been developed over 35 years of clinical practice specialising in these disorders. Even with chronic disorders and extreme anxiety that is embedded in post traumatic stress disorder, are easily resolved using Neuro-Com.
Drawn from 55 years research into human behaviour and clinical work, the Neuro-Com is unique in that it provides a clear understanding of how the unconscious mind communicates with consciousness, and how it controls behaviours through programmed beliefs and values.
The thing that surprises every clinician, counselor or coach is the incredible speed and efficiency it provides in
making change in a wide variety of circumstance and condition.
How long did it take you to learn not to put your hand on a hot stove? It was instant, was it not?
That’s how long your unconscious mind takes to learn new skills when it is shown that it is no longer protecting you by using it’s current behaviour. And it can, and usually does, happen in the middle of a conscious conversation. The change in emotion and thinking is so dramatic that leaves your clients wondering what just happened.
Neuro-Com is no ordinary clinical process.
The Neuro-Com Program is all encompassing and deals with underlying nervous system dysfunction as well as the presenting emotional and thought dysfunctions that most psycho-therapeutic methods endeavour, but often fail, to address. From an executive coaching perspective it provides powerful tools to produce emotional, thought and behavioural change to will get you an enviable reputation.
We are looking for suitably qualified practitioners world wide to further develop the growing network of
highly professional and well trained Neuro-Com Practitioners. We have strict conditions on who we train, and you must belong to a relevant professional association in the mental health, counseling or coaching fields.
You will learn….
How your mind really works and the language your unconscious mind uses to convey thoughts, feelings and behaviour.
You’ll learn the extraordinary role your bodies physiology and biochemistry play in mood and thought processes,
and what you MUST know about them to be able to effectively create sustainable change in thoughts and emotions..
You’ll learn hands on practical methods of turning the worst traumatic experiences into neutral memories,
or even funny ones.
You’ll understand the four key factors that must be in place for all types of relationships to thrive.
You’ll learn the 6 D’s, factors that create and maintain new thought processes and open the door to new futures that your
unconscious mind will automatically create.
You’ll learn essential principles for unclogging the development of fulfilling futures.
You’ll learn the 7 words that blows the locks off the unconscious mind and allows you to have a direct
conversation with it – all while fully conscious, in a conversation.
You will know how to assess and work with any level of anxiety or depression, either as a
psychotherapist or coach.
You will learn and experience how to change values to match a desired outcome.
And you will understand how your mind processes time and memories, and how you can manipulate these at will.
And all of this through hands-on experiential learning processes especially developed for the Neuro-Com Clinical Practitioner Certification.
The Neuro-Com Practitioner Certification training comprises a ten day intensive, usually over 2 consecutive weeks, plus a series of live webinars and on -line training through our exclusive portal, personal supervision over a period of 6 months, and assessment of actual clinical or coaching cases.

You will be staggered at the control you can have over your emotions, behaviour and relationships with other people.
The Neuro-Com™ Program is an eleven module training program designed to teach practical skills in changing thinking and future programming. This comprehensive program leads you through a clear understanding of how your mind works and how it either provides success or struggle. You will learn about the body’s role in affecting how the mind performs.
You then go through a structured process to get rid of unwanted emotional distractions and create the future you want to live followed by clinical processes that will make you a master of clinical intervention.

30 hours of clinical practice with real clients as part of the assessment process

50 hours of reading and research
20 hours of assessment, including on-line multi-choice questionnaire plus a 1500 word essay, plus 6 case histories.
I am selecting a small group of dedicated people to learn the Clinical Neuro-Com Practitioner Program. Derived from over 55 years intense research and almost 40 years of clinical practice with thousands of high anxiety and traumatised clients, Neuro-Com is a complete modality based on a very special understanding of the real workings of your mind. This modality provides very rapid results for 98% of clients, regardless of the term of their condition. The only exception to this is where longer term nutritional support is required to reverse the effects of long term mal-nutrition / biochemical interference.
NOTE: This will be the last time this course is ever taught.
But there is a catch. They people I am looking for MUST fulfil ALL of the following requirements, NO EXCEPTIONS:
1. You must be able to demonstrate an Emotional Intelligence of over 130 on a standardised EQ Test. This means you have an innate ability to understand others from their perspective, understanding their unique thought and emotional characteristics. Whilst you will be taught some aspects of this the ability is generally inbuilt. Test this first before you look any further because there will be NO exceptions to this.
Complete this test at http://testyourself.psychtests.com/testid/3038. If you comply with the requirements herein make sure you pay the small fee for the copy of your test so you can send it to me.
2. You must be driven by a desire to help others overcome the difficult aspects of their programming, including removing trauma.
3. You must not be driven by money or anything you will make out of the exercise. Whilst you can be well paid for your efforts this must not be your primary motivation.
4. Self-interest or ego are not congruent with clinical work.
5. Whilst prior training and experience in mental health can be useful they are not essential. This training is a complete model, including ethics and professional behaviour.
6. If you have had previous training in traditional psychiatric or psychological models you MUST be willing to forget everything you know – typically in the real world that training is almost useless for rapid and safe results.
7. You must be solutions oriented, not focus on problems. Whilst this can be learned it is better to be an innate part of your personality.
8. You MUST be self-aware – knowing how you react in all circumstances, and why.
9. You must be willing to drop your own beliefs and values when dealing with clients. What you believe about mental health or spirituality or religion of what life should be like is irrelevant when dealing with susceptible clients.
10. You must be willing to learn from every experience and be able to follow methods to the letter, taking note of high levels of detailing. You must not overlay your own perceptions on the training you receive.
11. You must speak fluent English and be able to communicate complex concepts.
12. Before you commence the course, if you have anxiety or depressive issues you must be willing to resolve these. It is not ethical to try to treat others if you have not resolved your own issues 100%. All you will do is pass your issues on to others.
13. You must be willing to complete an in depth interview with Gary Johnston either face-to-face in Melbourne Australia or via a VIDEO Skype call.
14. You must be willing to attend a 10 day course in Melbourne Australia with at least one on-line webinar each moth for 6 months to discuss methods and results.
Expressions of Interest
If you can conform to ALL of these requirements please contact Gary Johnston initially via email at email@example.com. Dates will be determined IF enough qualified people wish to move forward.
The normal investment for this comprehensive Certification course is $6500. Spaces are limited.

Real world practice of Neuro-Com™ change strategies
Each student is expected to work with fellow students to deal with personal limitations and issues that would influence the proper administration of Neuro-Com at a clinical level. This provides an understanding of being on both the administration and receiving of Neuro-Com interventions.
Each student of Neuro-Com™ is required to demonstrate understanding of the principles by writing potential solutions to two theoretical client profiles during the period of face-to-face training. The example profiles are of complex anxiety disorder histories that are designed to challenge common thinking about mental health and test the students understanding of the core foundation science and art of Neuro-Com™. These solutions will be presented to the class (also ensuring personal issues around self-awareness and self-consciousness have been dealt with during the class!)
Approximately 30 days and 60 days after the face-to-face training webinars will be had to discuss progress and answer any questions that may come up. Attendance on these webinars is compulsory.
Within 90 days of the end of the face-to-face training each student must present four real case histories with an accurate results description by the client. A template will be provided to ensure compliance and standardisation for research purposes.
Practitioners who pass this Certification Course with honours will be allowed to proceed to an Advanced Diploma. The Advanced Diploma is based on extensive supervised clinical experience of Clinical Neuro-Com together with reporting requirements.
“Your unconscious mind should be your servant, not your master. Learn to communicate with it so that YOU are always the Master.”
